We assist our expatriates at the following stages:
- Searching for offers that best fit their profile
- After the interview, promoting their application among our customers
- We negotiate their salary, working conditions and living conditions
- We liaise between their families and our customers throughout missions
- We pay contributions to the CFE, equivalent of the CPAM (social security), to the GARP, equivalent of the Assedic (unemployment benefit) and health repatriation insurance (Mondiale Assistance)
- When their missions come to an end, we look for new jobs, to provide continuity for their career path.

OUR CUSTOMERS :

They trust us because we know their activities, and the specificities and constraints peculiar to each mission.
We offer them a quality service in line with their requirements linked to expatriation.

We assist our customers at the following stages:
- We choose the CVs that are closest to their needs
- We do a phone interview to validate the candidate's abilities, availability and interest for their jobs
- We explain to the candidates the job in detail, the salary and our contract
- We check the candidates' references and skills
- We make our candidates aware of the obligations of the host country as well as how to behave
- We pass on the applications best suited to our customers for an initial selection
- We organise an interview with the considered candidate
- As soon as we receive the agreement from our customers, we pass on our commercial proposal and start the administrative formalities to prepare for the departure of the chosen candidate
- We meet the candidate before his/her departure and have him/her undergo a medical examination to validate his/her aptitude and sign the contract
- Once onsite, we regularly monitor expatriates together with our customers and we share information, to be more reactive
- finally our company's Paris location allows us to be geographically close to most of our customers, thus making any exchanges easier.
